PREVIEW REVIEW - TRANSFORMERS REVENGE OF THE FALLEN

What’s up Good Movie Lovers!?

Well, it’s here. The biggest movie of the summer. Autobots vs. Decepticons. But is it better? Yeah, it’s bigger, more bots, more effects, longer running time, but is it worth our time, money and enrgy?

I’m pretty nervous. It looks like more of the same brain-dead summer blockbuster B.S. Sure, it’s what we want, or is it? Let’s take a look at what to expect this time around so we won’t be surprised.

Check out this Pre-Re for some Transformers Movie Truth.

What’s up Good Movie Lovers!?

TERMINATOR SALVATION PREVIEW REVIEW

What’s up Good Movie Lovers!?

H-Wood is trying to bring back yet another forgotten franchise - Terminator. This time, with a sequel, Terminator Salvation.

It deals with the war against the machines - what we’ve all been waiting for since the opening shot of the first movie. It’ll be impossible for them to mess this up, right? If they forget about the characters and focus only on effects, we could be F’d.

Check out this in depth Pre-Re for some Movie Truth.

ANGELS AND DEMONS PREVIEW REVIEW

What’s up Good Movie Lovers!?

You knew that any book written by Dan Brown would get made into a movie after the success of The Davinci Code.

Here’s the latest adventure of Robert Langdon, even though it was written before TDC. Is it more of the same old Indy-wannabe treasure hunting sh*t? Or, will we actually care about the main character this time?

Check out this in depth Pre-Re for some Movie Truth.

MAY 14TH

What’s up Good Movie Lovers!?

So cinematic hit creator wunderkid J.J. Abrams has the job of bringing The Star Trek Franchise back to pop culture life.

Will he be able to do it? Or is this just another easy-money reboot attempt by H-Wood?

Check out this in depth Pre-Re for some Movie Truth.

TRANSFORMERS 2: BUMBLEBEE CRIES? WTF!

WHAT’S UP GOOD MOVIE LOVERS!?

So there’s some footage from Revenge of the Fallen around the web....in it, Sam tells Bumblebee he has to leave for college...and Bumblebee cries! Then Megan Fox gets undressed? What the F is this sh*t!

After that the footage redeems itself with some awesome action, but that first minutes left a taste of cinematic sh*t on my brain.

Here’s the clip, with my thoughts. So, what do you think?

THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT: PART REMAKE - PREVIEW REVIEW

WHAT’S UP GOOD MOVIE LOVERS!?

Originally this preview review was posted Jan 29th, but since the movie smears it’s remake stank across the screen today, I thought it’d be wise to bring it to the top.

TThe Remake Rape of cinematic classics continues with the defilement of the 1972 Wes Craven audience boundary-pushing horror cult hit THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT. Will it be as disturbing and shocking as the original? Does it have a new creative angle? Are the messages, themes and meanings reworked to apply to our current times? Or is it just H-Wood cynically changing the wrapping on an old present and regifting because we have short term memory?

Take a journey through this 4 PART!!! PREVIEW REVIEW as we search for the Movie Truth! The player below has all 4 videos linked, so just click, watch, click, watch and repeat!  Enjoy and LONG LIVE GOOD MOVIES!

MARCH 12TH

BOX OFFICE BREAKDOWN

The numbers are in for the Box Office Weekend of Mar6th-8th, that means there’s only one thing left for us to do: BREAK IT DOWN!

Watchmen was obviously the number one movie this Box Office Weekend, but how much did it make and what does it mean for H-Wood and Zack Snyder? And since it was the only new major release, how did last week's top 10 do? Madea Goes to Jail, Taken, Coraline, He's Just Not That Into You, Confessions of a Shopaholic, Fired Up, Slumdog Millionaire, Jonas Brothers 3-D The Concert Experience and Friday the 13th Part Remake and ofcourse our money making friend Paul Blart: Mall Cop have their Box Office territory to defend.

CHRISTIAN BALE TERMINATOR SALVATION RANT - PART DEUX

TBy now we’ve all heard the F-This, F-You on-the-set rant The Dark Knight unleashed  on cinematographer Shane Hurlbut for walking in the actor’s line of sight during a scene. I’m on Christian Bale’s side here. More power to him for wanting things to be as professional as possible - BUT, it was a bit over the top.

With that already public knowledge, TMPC has unearthed - yeah, like it was buried and we dug it up - sorry for that poor choice of words. Let’s cut the B.S. TMPC has spoofed the moment of craziness here. So, the lead in tease will be, “Did you know Christian went Bat-listic (sorry couldn’t help myself) on someone on-set? Wondering who? Find out here!

FRIDAY THE 13TH: THE BODY COUNT

WHAT’S UP FRIDAY THE 13th LOVERS!?

The Friday the 13th remake/reboot/reimgagining/re-profiting is about 3 weeks away. One of the major reasons we all love watching Jason movies is the creative ways the man in the hockey mask takes out his victims. If this remake succeeds at anything, let’s hope it adds some imaginative kills to the Jason legacy.

The best way not to repeat the past is to remember it. So, let’s take a look back at EVERY SINGLE ON SCREEN MURDER Jason has EVER committed!

Be warned, the gory stuff has been censored, but still, this isn’t for horror movie rookies and wannabes.

It’s a 3 part vid that’s been playlisted below. Just watch, click, watch, repeat. Enjoy!

P.S. Yes, the dude in the freeze frame of the vid below is George McFly! Crispin Glover was in Friday part 4 - now you have to watch it!

MY BLODDY VALENTINE: PART REMAKE - PREVIEW REVIEW

WHAT’S UP GOOD MOVIE LOVERS!?

The Remake Rape of cinematic classics this year starts with with the defilement of the 1981 low budget sleeper hit. It was never a “deep” story and it’s goal was really to one-up the gore and violence for slasher films back in the day. But, why is it getting the remake treatment? Is it’s story THAT interesting? Was it a great idea that didn’t realize it’s full potential? Or is it just H-Wood cynically changing the wrapping on an old present and regifting because we have short term memory? Take a journey through this 2 part preview review as we search for the Movie Truth! The player below has the 2 videos linked, so just click, watch, click, watch and repeat!  Enjoy and LONG LIVE GOOD MOVIES!
